Scenic City Salon

I am so happy I found Shelly at Scenic City Salon. I am from LA and living here temporarily. Going back to BR became impossible after 2 years. If I had gone to Shelly when I arrived in Chattanooga I would not have made that trip back. She is a very talented hair artist and her shop is precious and peaceful. Great therapy!
